Is there a website or any other resource that can provide information on reader offers for train travel? In particular Grand Central or NXEC services please:)
Reader offers? What exactly would you be reading to get offers off these train companies?

As in local newspapers. You know the sort where you have to cut out coupons in the paper. I have had some £9 advance fares Newcastle - London this way before, even after the current advance fares have been displayed as £30-40. Usually there is a link on the papers website to a special booking section on the TOCs website.

THIS IS IT! They're usually reported in Fares, Tickets & Routeing. The last NXEC batch I know of had to be booked by 12 September.
