Redcar British Steel future following the saving of British Steel

Jingye Group previously said that it would save more than 3,000 jobs in Scunthorpe and Teesside and modernise the towns' steelworks.

The firm reportedly offered £50m to buy the company after it collapsed and was placed under the control of the UK Insolvency Service last year.

How likely is it for northern to resume services at Redcar British Steel following this change?

The station was effectively closed to make patching room for the new TransPennine Express services to/from Redcar. Until there's a proper recast, I can't see that changing.

Plus the Redcar site isn’t owned by British Steel. Hasn’t been since they (well Tata) sold it to SSI back in 2009. They went under a few years ago so the current sale won’t affect that station at all.
