Resell of photo's

I recently purchased 10 loose photos of HSTs from a seller at a model railway show.

I have put them in a frame, my question is am I allowed to sell it on eBay. Who owns copyright?

I didn't frame it for that purpose but a friend suggested selling it o eBay to make extra cash
