I don't have a copy of the latest NFM - could I possibly find out the restrictions for a Langley (LNY) to Elmswell (ESW) Off-Peak Return? As well as time restrictions, I'd like to know whether break of journey is allowed on both legs. The online journey planners are useless for this as I can easily get from Paddington to King's Cross in under half an hour on a weekday! Thanks in advance.

Thanks! That 1010 for Paddington is annoying as it means I can't get the train that arrives into Paddington at 1003 but never mind!
