Revenue protection Northern Rail

Hi All
just got through to first interview stage (after trying all jobs for 8 months really want to be a conductor) Not had a formal interview in over 20 years can any one tell me what to expect and what questions may be asked,New to the rail industry if i get the job so any advice really helpful

Read up on Northern. Who owned by, MD, Where they run trains to etc.,
keeping yourself safe, remembering lots of information how would you do it?
Why do you want to be a conductor? How would you deal with an angry customer?
