Roster Clerk For GTR

Hi,

There is a Roster Clerk advertised for GTR. I was wondering if anyone had any further info or tips for an application.

What sort of info are you after? You'll probably be in an admin role, agreeing Annual Leave at a certain depot, covering issues such as sickness, managing requests from managers for other duties etc. Seems like you'd be part of a centralised team and probably responsible for part of one area of the business (e.g. Southern metro stations)

The Roster Clerk works at the heart of our Resourcing Team, responsible for assisting the roster team in the preparation and updating of the rosters, your role will focus on the entire resourcing team in all aspects of their day to day operation. Although you won't be customer facing, your customer service skills will be vital for your communications with internal and external stakeholders.
