Scaffolding over Sunningdale station building

The last time I passed through the area (maybe a month or so ago), I noticed scaffolding above the station building at Sunningdale.

Does anyone have any idea whether this might be anything of interest? I notice that planning had been approved years ago for the building to be replaced.
