Is it just me or is the engineering PDF rather vague and confusing?

Fridays 3, 24 & 31 October
London to Fort William/Inverness/Aberdeen is diverted via Fife & Aberdeen and calls only at Dundee to connect with a bus. This train will arrive LATER into Inverness at 09:38.
A Replacement bus service will depart Dundee at 05:50, calling as required at Perth 06:30, Dunkeld & Birnam 07:00, Pitlochry 07:25, Blair Atholl 07:45, Dalwhinnie 08:20, Newtonmore 08:35, Kingussie 08:45, Aviemore 09:10, Carrbridge 09:30 and arrives into Inverness 10:10.
An additional bus service will depart Inverness at 10:00 calling at Carrbridge 10:40, Aviemore 11:00, Kingussie 11:25 & Newtonmore 11:35, for those passengers who to stay on board beyond Dundee.
Sleeper train only calls at Dundee and Inverness, no other public calls after Preston.

The bold bit I do not understand. It's only affecting the Inverness portion, nothing to do with the Aberdeen or Fort William services. It reads as though there will be nothing to Aberdeen or Fort William at all on these dates, which is not the case.

It seems rather badly writtern as well:

who to stay on board beyond Dundee

Who choose to stay on board beyond Dundee?

So whoever wrote it has dropped a clanger.
