Hi - my wife needs to pick the kids up in Edinburgh next week. We live in Glasgow. Can she legitimately buy a 'kids go free' offpeak return from Glasgow to Edinburgh but only have the kids with her on the return trip. There fare is the same as an adult off peak return but the advantage is obviously that the kids can come back for nothing. I can't see anything in the terms and conditions that would specifically prevent it. It just says 'up to two children' can travel.
thanks in advance.

sorry - solved myself,
"Adults holding a Kids Go Free ticket are permitted to travel without children. This allows them to drop off or pick up their children."
