Although with season tickets its more likely to be a discount off next season ticket - which is fine by me.
However, depends how its calculated. For instance, if next Thursday strike from 5pm for 24 hours takes place it basically prevents me from using the train for two days. Pointless getting train to work Thursday because I can't get home, Friday I can't get to work on train - so two days I've got to drive.
Got a feeling that I'm only going to be refunded 24 hours = 1 day or my monthly season ticket?
Anyone got any experience from previous strikes?
BTW - Its Arriva Trains Wales who seem one of the worst ever.
