I've just been looking into this and it appears a bit on the basic side, only 1 person can win an auction?

So I could have bidded for 5 seats at £20 but someone bidding for 1 seat at £21 will win?

I'm surprised there's not a quota of how many seats are being released for that service and the highest bidders win up to that many number of seats.
