Serious disruption Liverpool St / GEML side

Just passed through LST, seems to be nothing leaving on the GEML side at all - the station's packed solid. Not sure why - the boards are just showing services known to be departing and all these seem to be on the Tottenham Hale route.

A person was hit by a train earlier at Romford. All lines were blocked for about an hour.
