I've since looked on Real Train Times and Northern app and it seemingly doesn't exist.
How can I prove this to trip.com and get a refund?

That's today (so Monday morning from Piccadilly), the OP's itinerary is for next Sunday morning.
Right, but the screenshot in the first post says Sunday 11/02?
That's for a train departing its origin (Liverpool) this evening - a Sunday - and Manchester Piccadilly in the small hours of Monday morning.
