There are three locations that I use Andy, they are.
Ribblehead Station and Ribblehead Viaduct then Blea moor.
The weather will play a big part in how your photographs turn out.

Any particular time of day?
As said, Ribblehead and Blea Moor are decent. The 'classic' viaduct shot is decent from around lunhctime for northbound traffic:
Further north there's Culgaith. But I'm not sure if the shot is still available, last time I was there it was becoming a bit overgrown and was on the edge of a building site:
