Continuing the water theme, Tewkesbury has also suffered badly due to flooding in recent years.

For anyone unsure of the "new" ruling, note how the similarity here is merely water. There is plenty of scope for how to "play" such an association without making it seem similar to the previous few, hence it being perfectly reasonable. If it said "Tewkesbury is also on a river", it would have been marginal; mentioning the (Severn) Valley would be taking it too far.

Not to be confused with Malmsmead [which doesn't have a School or an Abbey] in N. Devon

Do we assume that also passes through Wycoller?

No need to assume - it does!

Wycoller Hall was the model for Ferndean Manor in Charlotte Bronte's "Jane Eyre"

Alwoodley also has a Deborah Coultish School of Dance.

Ripponden

[Eccup Reservoir, owned by Yorkshire Water] is in the suburbs of Alwoodley. Baitings Reservoir, also owned by Yorkshire Water, is on the outskirts of Ripponden].

The main bus route connecting Wilmslow with it's nearest airport, Manchester, also serves Moss Nook.

Didsbury is an area associated with relative wealth (as compared to the surrounding areas). The same can be said for Hale.

Salts Mill now contains a good part of the David Hockney collection.
Hockney was born in nearby Bradford.

Managed to miss a place I lived 22 years of my life (non-contiguously) (Ripponden)!

Back to a connection from Leeds...

The annual music festival held in Leeds is also held, offset by a day, in Reading.

OK - here's another chance for Deerfold:-

Reading has a "Selective" day and boarding-school, as does Rishworth [just up the road from the above said domicile]

Nelson also used to have a Mill producing products for Coloroll.

My uncle was manager at the Rishworth one until the company went bankrupt and everyone lost their jobs despite them having full order books for the next 6 months at Rishworth.

George Anthony Legh Keck once resided in the afore mentioned Bank Hall,
he was Member of Parliament for Leicester between 1797 - 1831.
