Kite, that really is... either incredibly dedicated or completely crazy! Congrats!

I was just wandering, what's the largest station that people need in terms of number of trains serving it and the smallest station people have had, again in terms of number of services that serve it. I think my largest is probably Glasgow Central but I've no idea on my smallest.
Have you had Newhaven Marine?

Largest shack that I still need, that's a good question. I think, without checking my atlas, the bigger ones have all been done in the process of track bashing. I might look into this, in terms of the number of services calling I'd say the biggest one I need would be somewhere like Brentwood. First one that comes to mind at least, probably others that top it

Smallest I've had in terms of size will be Gilfach Fargoed, very closely followed by Dilton Marsh. In terms of service though, smallest would fall to numerous shacks on the Heart of Wales I'd say. Llanbister Road would be just one contender there, it and Llangynllo both serve some very remote and tiny places after all.

What do you think? ;)

Nope, I haven't.
So in terms of frequency of service, there is the smallest shack you haven't had!

Largest for me is probably London Victoria-never had a picture when I've been there. (Although I should get one in December as I'm on a megabus from Victoria back to Manchester)

Smallest would be Reddish South International & Denton Parkway ;)

Probably a bit of both, it is possible to do the main part (Nunthorpe - Whitby, ignoring the hourly served ones such as James Cook & Gypsy Lane) on a summer Friday, when you get the additional late night 5th service. That involves a couple walks though

Kite, congratulations from me also.

Quinn - largest/busiest unvisited would be Gatwick Airport. Smallest NR cisited probably Conon Bridge, although Nappers Halt on the South Devon Railway probably wins overall.:D

Jeez you all had some epic clearouts! Congratulations to Noddy for joining the club on LU shacks getting cleared, and same for Kite on clearing the S and C!

Stay tuned for a lengthy list at some point in the next 7 days from me, although I've yet to decide which ones I'm doing tomorrow...

Marsden

A good weekend, clearing my remaining shacks out towards Carlisle (still need Carnforth - Clapham to clear to Morecambe), clearing the Goole line with an unplanned bus move and making a dent into the Harrogate loop (just the 3 hourly served shacks and Starbeck to go on that loop).

And I finally visited Marsden on the Huddersfield - Stalybridge line to clear West Yorkshire.

Pretty much that is all my NR shack visiting done for the next few weeks, a shift to light rail (Sheffield Supertram & Metrolink)

I had a pit stop on the way to Sir Isaac Newton's house and was surprised that there is a rail plant (??) at Elton & Orston.
