Shunter hunt?

Hi everyone, I am just wondering if anyone could confirm the status of Class 08948? A photo here https://hiveminer.com/Tags/08948 would suggest the old Eurostar shunter is now in the deadline.

Speaking of old Eurostar locos, What ever happened to the pair of class 73 locomotives?

Well I know nothing about Eurostar or its depots but 08948 is shown on WNXX as being in service at Temple Mills, is that up to date? I don't know

As for the 73s, one of them, 73118, is at Barry Rail Centre while 73130 was loaned out to the Bluebell Railway but is stored off site at Finmere Station in Oxfordshire

ExRes, Thanks for the update on the class 73 locos. I've also made note of the class 08 being listed as the Temple Mills shunter. I just don't know how accurate the info is? 08948 is seldom photographed.
