Hi everyone,

Got an interview next thursday and to prepare i'm thinking of
  • Visiting a bunch of stations and asking people how they passed their interview
  • Doing some research on southeaster, history, values, general facts.
  • Writing about situations applicable to the customer service role such as experiences at work
Should i wear a suit?
I only have 2 months work experience, is that gonna limit me?
Is the interview pass or fail or do they pick the best?
Anything else I should do?

Many thanks

Hi mate. Firstly good luck on your interview. Yeah, you should 100% wear a suit because it is showing the company what you think of them. And yes, do some research

As to the pass/fail question there's no definite answer. You'd be assessed against various criteria which could put you into a "pass" or "fail" I suppose. But if only one vacancy is available even someone who scores well will be beaten by someone who scores even better. They'll pick the person they think is best!
