Asked this morning what the cheapest tickets for a family of 4 to Margate today using either F&F or kids for a quid. Group is 1 adult, 2 kids and a 16 year old who was 15 when the railcard was bought. I was told in no uncertain terms that the 16 year old had to pay adult rate.
