Hello,

I'm making a day trip from Oxford to Southend next week. I want to travel to Southend Airport station and then return from Chalkwell. I'm aware a ticket to 'Southend Stations' is valid to Victoria, Central and East. Am I right in thinking it's permissable to alight at Southend Airport and then return from Chalkwell as these stations are short of the destination the ticket is valid to?

Hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Ed.

Yes, that's perfectly fine – ‘break of journey’ is allowed on out and return legs for all of the return ticket options between Oxford and Southend Stations.
