I am an annual Z1-3 oyster card holder commuting on Southern's Streatham Common to Victoria route. Up until recently didn't make any claims for delay repay but decided to take matters into hand and recover as much as possible by compensation. Got a few queries after going through Southern's compensation schemes:

1) Can I claim for a cancelled service even though the next service reaches my destination within 30 minutes of the cancelled (previous) one?

2) Enhanced compensation: The form asks for detailed journey details. Can I use the same journey details I used for delay repay?

3) Do I need to provide Oyster touch in and out statement as evidence or just the online receipt of the oyster invoice of annual season ticket enough?

Thanks for helping.

You can't claim for a cancelled service where the next train reaches the destination with less than 30 minutes' delay.
