For the first time I am trying to use the online form for refunding my paper ticket as no trains are going to my intended station today.
I've filled it in, taken the pictures, filled in all the numbers and details that for some inexplicable reason it cannot get from my Southern account anyway and it simply displays this :
"Please check the webform and complete the highlighted red fields"
There are no red fields. It's as if they don't want me to apply for a refund.
