Interesting...One will be keeping that lot in mind...

And yes, in case you don't notice, it's a very poor or very clever 'one' joke there. You might read it as 'one' will keep that lot in mind, which would be the joke. The way it is intended for those with common sense might notice that it's an attempt to use an older style of English use to say 'I'll keep those in mind'.
