Also in the report is that the 189/190 and the 205 are being put back out to tender as McColl's and ARG have pulled out.

It seems to tie in with the already SPT tendered 101 that they operate so it'll run from Baillieston to Upperton with the current 101 to Upperton from Monklands section remaining supported by SPT but it'll run as 1 longer service.Looks like McNairn are taking on the Monklands Hospital to Baillieston route commercially. Running as the 101 now instead of having 2 different 212's.
Not all are online; the 29/29a/129, 46, 84, 103, 172, 205, 101 and 213 are still missing. All the upcoming timetables are now available:

JMB travel were operating this on Kevin’s behalf over the weekend. Don’t know if this will be a permanent move or not but due to driver shortage Kevins had to prioritise school contracts over this service. It would appear that Kevin’s Coaches abruptly stopped providing service 46 on Friday afternoon. It’s not clear if the service is running at all over this weekend, but the following note has been added to the relevant timetable page on the SPT website.
46
Queenslie – Cranhill – Greenfield – Rutherglen – Castlemilk
Passengers may expect disruption to this service from Friday 19th November

Any observations welcome...
If SPT want anyone to use it at all that's needed to be honest. As soon as you put a small, fairly unknown operator in an area First dominate, it's hardly the most attractive thing to use.I was told by a First driver that the 46 might be going back to First in the longer term.
This can also leave bus drivers in an awkward situation where someone has a FirstDay/week or Month ticket and has no other means of payment or, more realistically, simply won't pay again (in their eyes) to use the 46 bus.If SPT want anyone to use it at all that's needed to be honest. It even happens when contracts change between the biggest operators where people don't realise. Seen it a few times with the now 189/190 when First took over from McGill's. Safe to say people weren't happy. This can also leave bus drivers in an awkward situation where someone has a FirstDay/week or Month ticket and has no other means of payment or, more realistically, simply won't pay again (in their eyes) to use the 46 bus.
What if someone doesn't know that the contract changed hands and has never heard of Kevins Coaches or JMB because any kind of publicity to indicate that contracts have changed hands is close to non-existent unless they read the SPT committee papers?
From what I've seen of the 3 of them you're pretty spot on. 59 out of town can be really busy too to be fair at times.Agreed there isn't a lot of awareness when they change apart from when operators may have their own service changes and then they might say that x,y and z SPT service that they run is being run by a different company and even at that they do not specify the company due to take it on.
In regards to fares, i have seen occasions where there is different fares even if it is the same company running the daytime and tendered evening service but the only real way to find out and which i assume no one ever does is to check the fares table on the timetables.
The only tenders i can say i have seen or heard that are busy are the:
128: Stobhill-City Centre- this can be hit and miss but generally during the day it can get a good load
205: Torr Farm-Hairmyers hospital-heard this can be busy and at one point maybe needed a bigger bus but couldn't because of the tight route
59: City Centre-Mosspark-Again seen it have good loads coming into town etc maybe not so much going back out but again looks a bit hit and miss
Could be very off here in the overall picture but these are just my own observations.
The 205 varies between SPT solos and First E200s. It was handy for me to get to Hamilton from my bit of East Kilbride but was hourly.Agreed there isn't a lot of awareness when they change apart from when operators may have their own service changes and then they might say that x,y and z SPT service that they run is being run by a different company and even at that they do not specify the company due to take it on.

Yes, that's why I wouldn't use the non First tendered services. And is a Zone 1 McGills day ticket ok to use on McGills tenders? If SPT want anyone to use it at all that's needed to be honest. The 395 is a zone 8 ticket even for Barrhead and Neilston despite them being zone 1 for every other bus in the areas. Was an expensive day when I realised you need the all zone ticket to use their tendered services and normal commercial routes. Ended up having to get 2 separate all day tickets due to the mistake. The 205 varies between SPT solos and First E200s. I see, I recall using a Daytripper on SPT tender operated by McGills! The 395 is a zone 8 ticket even for Barrhead and Neilston despite them being zone 1 for every other bus in the areas. The 395 has always taken my zone 1 tickets (I do Barrhead to Newton Mearns about once a fortnight)The 395 is a zone 8 ticket even for Barrhead and Neilston despite them being zone 1 for every other bus in the areas. I've only ever used it twice but both times I asked for one and couldn't get one strangely. The 395 has always taken my zone 1 tickets (I do Barrhead to Newton Mearns about once a fortnight)
Zone 1 is valid between Barrhead and Uplawmoor on the 395.The 395 is a zone 8 ticket even for Barrhead and Neilston despite them being zone 1 for every other bus in the areas. I wish the driver I got knew that. All I was doing before was going from Neilston to Barrhead.Zone 1 is valid between Barrhead and Uplawmoor on the 395.
Zone 8 is valid throughout the whole route.

The 94 can be fairly busy to Maryhill - wyndford - annisland - knightswoodAgreed there isn't a lot of awareness when they change apart from when operators may have their own service changes and then they might say that x,y and z SPT service that they run is being run by a different company and even at that they do not specify the company due to take it on.
