Stafford to Nottingham

Hi guys,

I am currently on route to Nottingham using the following tickets:

Stafford to Lichfield TV Off Peak Day RTN (restriction JE)
Lichfield TV to Nottingham Off Peak RTN (restriction 2V)

My itinerary on trainsplit is to do the journey both ways via Tamworth (that is what I'm doing outbound) but would I be able to break my return journey via Leicester and Nuneaton and am I right in thinking that the 2V restriction code only restricts travel before 9am and not during the evening peak? Basically I would be looking at the 1712 or 1745 from Nottingham to Leicester where I would stay for a bit before heading to Nuneaton where I can connect to a train to Stafford.

Yes, 2V is only restricted for trains scheduled to depart between 04:30 and 09:29 inclusive (see www.nationalrail.co.uk/2V for an up-to-date confirmation).
