Wonder if it will have "Maryport 302 for Carlisle" on it on Monday morning for its 06:55 Workington - Maryport 302, changing to Maryport - Carlisle 300

It's not the last 301 at all! It changing route numbers for part of the route but the 301 will still be operating!
In Carlisle today, 16337 was the Olympian of choice for the 38. 34048 was on the 685 but vanished. 24120 on the Enviro operated 685. 20909 on the 685 and 185. 20451 on the 685 and then 554.
The 104 was operated by 34685 & 34687. No 104 Enviros in sight today.

I got a message from an enhusiast off Flickr this morning saying this:
As far as I'm aware the only currently comfirmed change is that Lillyhall will be losing all 5 midi darts and will be replaced from M.A.Ns from elsewhere.
I asume that they'll be second hand as the darts that we're losing are second hand.

That particular 685 board is always operated by a branded Enviro as it runs in between duties on the 79/179. Its not as easy as just saying why couldn't 24122 go on. It could have been at Penrith, parked in the wrong place for the morning run out, VOR etc etc.
12 E300s in, 9 ALX300s out = Morecambe 3 LFs up.
The X/V reg MANs are a whole load better than Lillyhall's 08 plates, you'd be surprised....
On paper, there's only 3 B10's allocated to full time standard services, so keeping 3 MAN ALX300's there would, on paper, keep things low floor (ish).
08 reg MAN E300's here are starting to get rather poor. 22600, 22610 and 22611 have their cooling fans running pretty much constantly now. Quite a few of them don't seem to be picking up speed anywhere near as quickly as they used to now either, and they haven't quite had 3 years in service yet.
They're not quite as bad as Western's though. Apparently, only 1 of the batch Western got hasn't had a new engine fitted.....

The big day tommorow Service changes at Lillyhall! on the MAN Subject, I know this won't happen but I'd like to see a few of the X---SRM batch at Lillyhall to relace all 5 midi darts.

16329 on Seatoller's today, running at least 20 minutes late when I saw it this afternoon. 47721 was also in attendance at Keswick bus station... two members of staff were putting all the new timetable sheets in the boxes.

20473 replaced 22607 on 30 (remembering it is now just 6 buses on 30 and 6 on 31. Not 13 interchanging!). 22607 was out Maryport way, then came back in Not in Service, with 20473 behind it.
