Got to Tottenham Hale last night and saw on the display screen

xx.xx Stanstead

and underneath 'Oystercards not valid on this service' ( I think it also mentioned contactless as well)

Has this been changed so GA now consider this service a 'premium' like the Heathrow and Gatwick Express, but they are point to point working and the Stansteads stop at intermediate stations

We used to use this service to get to Northumberland Park, have the regs changed or was it because this service did not stop at NP it was put up to advise passengers the next stop would be outside the oyster area? and Stanstead has not got contactless readers?

If the next stop was beyond Broxbourne then the message was correct.

Thought it was that, so Oyster Etc are still ok to use the service to Northumberland Park?

Yes. Also fine to use on the Express between Liverpool Street and Tottenham Hale.
