starting as gateline reading

howdy folks
i finally start with fgw a week monday at reading based on the gateline/excess fares cabin
any advice or ideas of what go's on there any other fgw reading staff on here?
be great to chat etc

Probably ensuring people have the right ticket to get through the barriers and general CS enquiries. For the excess window Im hoping they will train you up on how to use the TIS first so maybe after familiarisation of the station you will get a days training on that too.
