I believe there was a (fortunately empty) pushchair incident at Banbury a few years ago, with turbulence from a passing freight train causing the pushchair to be swept off of the platform.
There was one at Nuneaton seen on CCTV this had shopping in it as owner went to the toilet, Freight Liner passed through plat. 2 at speed pushchair smashed into the wagons. Could have been a child in it, was on Youtube.

Still is "Pushchair Nuneaton Station"

Please stand back from the platform edge. The next train at Platform 2 does not stop here. Please hold onto pushchairs, wheelchairs, and your belongings. Stand behind the yellow line."
Also in use at Reading.

My guess is that it is a large station where passengers may not expect fast trains. The problem is that the train was so close as to drown out the end of the announcement. Might need re-timing.
