Station Buffet at Westbury ?

Hi all, Is there a station buffet at Westbury - and is it any good ?

Hi all, Is there a station buffet at Westbury - and is it any good ?
There is, it’s called The Bay Tree I think. It’s average - They serve ginsters sandwiches and a selection of pasty slices, crisps, cakes and hot drinks. There are no tables though as the lounge with the buffet also acts as a waiting room.

Ah cheers, so good for a pasty, but not to while away a couple of hours !

Indeed, 30 mins would be OK, 2 hours probably not (though I was stuck there not through choice)

There is a pub a few minutes walk away from the station called ‘The Railway Inn’ that serves food, if you’re planning to spend some time in/around the station. :)

Yes, I have a bit of a stop over there in the near future so I might make use of that :)

i have been stuck there for two hours once. It was warm, dry and served tea. I read my book and had a couple of brews. perfectly acceptable.

Well, I quite like the idea of sitting watching the trains go by. Do they do anything a little stronger than a brew ?
