All railway stations in Great Britain have three letter alpha codes. They can be listed on timetables, departure boards, station information services and used on the online journey planners. Therefore, the objective of this quiz is to guess the stations code.

The rules are as follows:-
The code must be from a National Rail station in Great Britain. The code has to be the proper station one as listed by National Rail Enquiries.[/B] You can't just make it up as you go along.

For the sake of new contestants, I have shown the main part of the rules above.

Unless a new National Rail station has opened today that I am unaware of, the submitted code of XGZ does not meet the requirements of the rules of this quiz.

The rules are as follows:-

1) The code must be from a National Rail station in Great Britain.

2) When you submit your posting, naming that railway station in the previous posting, also add your next 3-letter station code underneath it (which must be shown in capital letters) and your new 3-letter code will be accepted as the next code to solve.

3) The code has to be the proper station one as listed by National Rail Enquiries.

You are correct, but I am hoist upon my own petard, as inadvertently, I used a London Underground code, which does not meet the requirements of rule 2 above.

Therefore, with that in mind, I shall replace this by a National Rail station code....
