Station Grade B Booking Office/Platform/Train Dispatch/Shunting

Applied for this last month at Ayr station , haven't heard anything and was wondering if anybody else has? I've been knocked back so many times from first scotrail starting to loose hope of ever getting a job

If you keep being knocked back, perhaps a little adjustment your application form filling is needed?

Have you got some experience in Customer services? They want to hear when you went the extra mile. They want to know when you worked under pressure, they want to see examples that will make you stand out from the crowd rather than just "I work well in a team".

Sorry if you have already done all this, its a difficult job market these days, lots of competition as you can imagine!!
