Steam loco on the M5 today

I caught a brief glimpse of a steam loco on the back of a low loader heading south between J1 and J2 of the M5 today. It was a tender loco, I'm not 100% sure but I think it had a GWR copper capped chimney.

Dopes anyone know the identity of said loco and where it was heading from/to?
