Strange schedule on Real Time Trains

Can anyone tell me what this schedule is, and if it is used in it’s entirety?
It’s almost an unofficial tour of Southern branch lines !

As it is in for the duration of the Timetable it looks as though it could be a RHTT. The whole system is littered with such movements

Both these types of train are equipped with a high-pressure pump delivering 1,500 Bar and, if required, can apply adhesion modifier to each running rail.

This will be an 8Yxx train. A de icer circuit. They run between December and February and the path will be used in full although they are often amended vstp by control.

There are no rhtt circuits running from horsham as far as I'm aware.

Edit: ignore what I've said, its probably an rhtt. I've just remembered rhtts do go from horsham. Its probably a 3Sxx circuit.
