strange train through Tysley

I've just (16:51) seen an odd train go through Tyseley. I think it said DB 93 on it, I didn't get a look at the other numbers. It was making a hissing sound and passed through quite slowly.

Any guesses? I'm perplexed...

Could well have been. It looked to have some tanks between the two engines. They looked very short, however.
