I have looked through the Eighth Supplemental Agreement concerning the above but am not really any the wiser. How many trains are proposed going North and South from/to Millom in total? I can only make out an unbalanced 3/6. Surely this is a small number considering the staffing implications of Sunday running.

Haven’t got the diags to hand at the moment but it is approximately hourly from Carlisle to Barrow from around 08:30 until 17:30 and then reverts to Carlisle to Whitehaven for the last 3 or 4. Same hourly service in the other direction.
