SWR Driver shift patterns

As the title suggests, I’m looking for information on Train Driver shift patterns for SWR.
Any help appreciated!

I’m not a driver but a guard as far as I’m aware it’s 4 on 4 off for drivers.

Really? That would put them on an average three and a half day week.

I’m currently working 4 on 4 off now but that’s based on a 12 hour working day.

Average 4 day week comprising 35 hours. Working week begins Sunday so you could do Thursday, Friday Saturday before and then work Sun, Mon, Tue so 6 on the bounce.

Shift rota isn’t uniform and varies depot to depot.

Early shifts start about 0330 some depots, last shifts finish 0200ish depending on depots.

No shift allowances.
