SWR gateline interview

Afternoon. I recently got told that I have an assessment with SWR for a gateline role, but I’ve already passed it in 2017 & they said I’ll go straight to the interview stage since the test lasts for 3 years. As the interview will be very soon I just wanted to wonder what sort of questions will be asked in the interview as I don’t want to mess this up? Anything will be appreciated. Thanks

Mainly customer service questions. When did you deliver excellent customer service, working under pressure, dealing with upset customers, team work and what you think the role is etc
