SWR ticket refund problem

I have a few tickets to travel on SWR, which i won't be able to use. Am trying to obtain a refund /RTV. I logged in and tried to submit the online refund form, showing photographs of my tickets cut in half. It wouldn't do it, just had an error message " There is a problem submitting your form to us. Please press control and F5 to reset the page and then resubmit your form " Needless to say that didn't work. Does anybody have any ideas on a workaround. Never had any problems buying tickets from them.

Try clearing your browser cache? Sometimes fixes issues like that, with the nuisance side of needing to log back into stuff.

You can email the team at [email protected] if you keep having problems.

Explain your situation and attach any required evidence re: tickets, booking reference, etc.

Make sure you get an acknowledgement and a case reference number.

Thank you to both of you. I now know how to clear cookies etc. After emptying the browser, I resubmitted the form, and it worked fine. I had an email back with a case number from SWR. So thats a thank you to the responders, and an apology to SWR.
