Hi I've finally got a telephone interview for Customer Service Staff with FGW! I was wondering what sort of things will I be asked, what should I ask them, anything I need to have prepared and any tips for the interview in general?

They'll ask you for examples of various situations such as times when you have:

Demonstrated good customer service
Dealt with a potentially problematic situation
Went the extra mile for a customer

So make sure in your head you've got a few ready.

Be polite, listen, if needs be take a second or two to pause and think about what you are going to say. Main thing is to just be yourself and not to panic

You may also want to google the STAR technique.
