Hi everyone im new on these forums and excited to be here!
I have an assessment to do which was sent out to via email (believe it’s the 1st stage) for the customer service position which was recently posted on TFL careers.
Does anyone have any insight on what the assessment involves? Is it difficult?
I ultimately would like to become a train driver I just thought it would be a good idea to get a foot in the door and work my way up this way? Or would it had been better if I just applied direct for a train driver role without the customer service experience?
Also If there is any links for train driver apprenticeships or trainee roles then please do feel free to share or any courses perhaps?
