I'd be grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction. Hoping to use an Elizabeth Line train from Liverpool St to Shenfield this Thursday about 13h30. The 345s don't seem to be timetabled as such, so is it just pot luck ?

Not really, since the 345s are set to run certain diagrams throughout the day. Best thing to do would be to check diagrams.

The 1320 should be a 345 this week.

The diagrams changed last Monday so the times shown on that blog are no longer valid.

The 13.20 Liverpool Street to Shenfield should now be a 345.
