Hi, I have a few questions about the pay package for TFW conductors:

- Is anyone able to confirm the current salary for conductors working for TFW?
If anyone knows both the trainee & established rate that would be most helpful!

- Is the salary based on 35 hours at the normal rate or does it include Sundays?

- Is there commission to be earnt on top of the salary? If so what percentage does that stand at?

I did have a conversation with HR the other day but she didn't have the exact figure in front of her so gave me a quick ball park.

Appreciate any help!

28,829 for first six months (Training) 38,440 after six months (Post Qualified)

35 hours (4 days - depot/contract dependant. If you're Cardiff mainline, it will be four days.)

Sundays are outside the working week, paid at 2x.

4% ticket sales, 2p per ticket scan.

1.5x for RD working.

It's also worth noting, pay talks are still under way and could be due a pay rise.

@Tevion539 Thank you again for your response. Extremely helpful to know the exact breakdowns.

Passed my medical yesterday so just waiting for contracts and the paperwork to be sent over now!
