The Diagrams do chop and change quite a bit at the moment. In particular, the 08:30 and 10:30 from Manchester often swap which of the 2 is a booked 67 from one week to the next and also sometimes the 16:30 and 18:30 swap but not quite as often as the morning one.

Do the loco hauls still not work on Sundays ?
They've been booked on Sundays since May but only 2 sets are planned:
1 set does 08:30 Crewe to Manchester then 09:30 to Swansea and 14:55 back.
Another does 10:32 Swansea to Manchester and 15:30 return
