1. The origin station has 3 platforms.
2. The destination station has 3 platforms.
3. Journey time is longer than 2 hours.
4. The rolling stock does not have a pantograph.
5. This journey travels through the territory of a single TOC. (Origin, destination and all intermediate stations are managed by the TOC operating this journey and passengers will not see any other TOC's trains along the way)
6. The journey is entirely within England and does not start, end or pass through any of the major metropolitan cities.
7. There is just one through journey per day (6 days per week), and no equivalent working in the reverse direction.
8. Two of the three letters in the origin's 3-letter station code do not appear anywhere in the station's full, current name.

The answer to this one is:
21:38 Harwich International (HPQ) to Lowestoft.

2. The destination station has both through platforms and bays.
3. The journey takes over 2 hours.
4. The traction is not electric.

Liverpool Lime Street to Norwich reverses twice I believe, and serves Oxford Road and Piccadilly, both in Manchester of course.

Cleethorpes to Nottingham (Sprinter but I'm not sure which)
Only runs on Sundays
Reverses twice to serve Newark North Gate
2 stations in same town are Newark North Gate and Newark Castle
TOC is EMR which changed from EMT a few weeks ago
Goes through your location of Grimsby I see

Very well done! Also answers what would've been my next clue, in that it only runs in full, one journey, one day a week and in one direction (at the moment anyway). Whether that will change as things progress with the new franchise, only time will tell for sure. It is indeed a Sprinter, usually a 156, occasionally 158, or any combination up to 4 cars if deemed necessary. Anyway, I'll shut up now, except to say, @London Trains the floor is yours :D
