Not Winchester or Lostock but the station does have third rail electrification.

I think you need to read the rules of this game. You are only supposed to give five clues - by which time it should have been narrowed down to only one possible answer (or at least a very small number)

Guess : Gatwick Airport (used to be a racecourse)
