Moving ever-so-slightly north from my first suggestion: Winchester. I just hope that the Southampton Water counts as the coast, or this will be a Penalty.
EDIT: Actually, it doesn't matter. It is only 18 miles from Stubbington, which is on the Solent (east of Gosport).

Clarification requested: Is the definition of HSTs identical to Class 43s only or 125+ units in general?

Yes, 43s. High Speed Trains, not just high-speed trains.
