Clue 4: This station has more direct weekly services to Newcastle Central than from Newcastle Central.
Edit: the direct services to NCL are at least twice as frequent as the services from NCL. :)

Apologies to Frothy but we need a kickstart, so using OP discretion () here it comes. Could you (Frothy) provide the answer please?

Kickstart...

Clue 1: This station has more than two but less than six platforms.

I know you're referring to your Chikorita, but the following is amusing nonetheless...

"Sammi? Razor Leaf? When did Piplup ever learn Razor Leaf?"

Sammi, who is pretty much my best friend (and lives in Leeds of all places), loves penguins, small things and the colour blue, and consequently loves Piplup.

Clue 3: This station is within 30 miles of Trafalgar Square.

Guide Bridge (Trafalgar Square is in Ashton-under-Lyne)

According to my Manchester A-Z there are three Trafalgar Squares in Greater Manchester!

Clue 3A: The Trafalgar Square referred to is the one at the top of Whitehall in Westminster.

Clue 4: This station's name has two words in it.

Bit debatable as to whether it has more than two platforms that ;) Is OK though - I'll let it pass.

Clue 5: This station is on the Great Eastern Main Line.

I believe you have a 20% chance of calling this correctly.
