On the Class47.co.uk site it mentions "Prince Henry" as being stored and "Prince William" as preserved. Will either of these run on the main line again? where are they kept and are they still in their Royal liveries, now that the Royal 67's do all of Her Majesty's trips?

One of them (I assume "Prince William" seeing as you say it's preserved) is at the NRM and last time I was there (a few months ago) it was still in it's royal livery.

Prince William (47799 or 98? I never remember which) is at the NRM.

Isn't Prince Henry being used as a carriage heater somewhere?

Both as far as I know, but definitely Prince William still carry the Royal Livery.

47798 "Prince William" is mainline certified and was used for WCRC for a while. It is now at the NRM still named in full Royal Train livery. 47799 "Prince Harry" is now at Eastleigh and is used as a carriage heater but is now name-less but still in Royal colours.

Prince William - 47798 - Now back at the NRM - Mainline registerd, Was used for a short period by West Coast Railways, before being recalled by the NRM after an apparent complaint from DBS - The locos former owner & user...

Prince Henry - 47799 - In use by Rivera Trains as a carriage heater in DB's Eastleigh depot. Last seen rather weather worn, minus nameplates and looking a fair bit sorry for itself...

Shame the pair wasn't preserved together!

Ah - Sorry for duplicating your post Matt!
