It takes us a little while to get our bearings at Hunstanton, as we are initially surprised at being able to see the sun set over the sea at which we thought was an east-coast resort.

We then retire to the Red Lion Hotel for a superb dinner and a few drinks, and, one leading to another, decide to seek a bed there for the night.

We're up in good time in the morning to return to the Bus Station for the 0825 Norfolk Green service 11 to Sandringham, arriving at Princess Drive at 0900, Tuesday morning, as we've decided to visit the House there to catch-up with a few old friends.

EDIT beaten to it - I can't even have any fantasies any more! We're at Heacham the previous evening.

OK - We're determined not to disappoint our Friends, so we stay in Heacham overnight, before boarding our Norfolk Green service 11 at 0839 in the morning, to Sandringham, Princess Drive, from where we then make our way to their House. On Tuesday morning.

We stay at the area too look around, having established that Princess Drive is not a visiting royal, and then we board the 1100 Norfolk Green service 11 to Kings Lynn bus station that arrives there at 1126 on Tuesday morning.

Once again, we come to terms with the complete lack of public transport in an area in the early evening, so having ensured we have have overnight accommodation booked with the customary early morning alarm call, we spend the evening in total relaxation and retire early for the night. After a good nights sleep, we set off back to the bus stop and are in good time to board the 0715 Ambassador Travel service 607 to Lowestoft bus station that arrives there at 0744 on Wednesday morning.

There must have been some very bad weather if you left York at 0632 on Thursday morning and did not arrive in Plymouth until 1249 on Friday afternoon....I make that a 30 hour journey:roll::shock:
